My complaint is with Visa and there Visa Rush cardCan't acces my money and there are no live representatives to talk toStrongly advise anyone one not to use this cardI believe it to be a big scamThey should be held accountable for there actions or should I say lack ofI hope this message don't fall on deaf ears and gets resolved
