My name is [redacted], Manager at Visalia Auto Body . In Jan. of 2013 We did repairs to the front end of the 2012 Ford Fusion [redacted] After completed repairs...

and customer picked up car she drove right back because car did not drive properly we checked and found trans fluid low. We added some fluid to proper level not much was needed and customer drove away. 6-7 months later In July of 2013 customer came in because she noticed a small oil leak. We checked and found that a line that goes in radiator had a bad seal/ we replaced that seal ( WE DID NOT REPLACE A TRANSMISION LINE) and checked fluid was fine. Now in July of 2014/this month customer called us letting us know that her car was at dealer because of a transmission issue and she felt that it was our fault. I spoke to her and told her that it may or may not be our fault, told her we where concern and that I would call our Insurance so that if it was because of something we did wrong our Ins would take care of repair. A tear down is needed to look into transmission and confirm what is the problem and what caused it, possible that it could be a manufacture problem. she said dealer was not giving her an exact date on when they could do a teardown. is the one we got from our Ins when we opened a claim the date customer called first and told us car was at dealer. I told her we where willing to do what could to help her if this was a problem related to repairs we did to her car. At this point last notice we had was that our Ins was going to look at car in dealer and we have not heard back from dealer or Ins. If any other question please give us a call or let us know.
