Dear Revdex.com, Thanks for forwarding this informationThis situation turned out to be caused by a software “glitch”. If homeowners pay early it’s a “prepayment”, but our Accounting program was not appropriately applying the prepayments when the assessments are billed for the following month. We have submitted an IT request to fix this issue. We have also credited the customer's August late fee charged in error, and will make sure no September late fees are charged and this issue should be solved moving forward from that pointApologies for the error and appreciate the notification to make us aware.Thank you
