side bearings that were bad. The passenger side bearings are good and do not need replacing. The CV joint on the passenger side was never disassembled and the sway bar link was never touched. When the customer called to discuss his dissatisfaction with our work, he was asked repeatedly to bring the vehicle back, let us take a look at what he is referring to, so that we could try to make things right; whether that meant correcting the problem, or a refund of some of his money. The customer refused to bring the vehicle back. During this conversation, the only thing the customer asked for was a full refund for all work that was done. Again, I asked the customer to bring the vehicle back so that we could resolve this, and he proceeded to hang up on me. Visalia Tire and Wheel has been locally owned and operated for almost 40 years. We take pride in making sure that customer service and satisfaction is our top priority. This could easily have been resolved, if the customer had been willing to do so.
