Review: [redacted] and his partner and cousin started construction on my 2 family home in September of 2014. After many delays and excuses over the past months of 2014, finally when they were to complete the job on the exterior of the house the weather made it difficult to work. They promised to return at the end of March when weather was better to complete the job, with no results. Many mistakes were made in the repairs on my home, including a granite window sill which was incorrectly placed creating water entering my home. I have been left with no light, no bell, water entering through my window, gutters filled with cement, a half painted exterior and many other majors flaws in the repairs. Every time I call to find out when they are coming, they tell me they are coming and never show up. They have been paid close to the entire amount for the job, but have not completed the work. I have priced what the it would cost to repair what they have not completed and the contractors are quoting me close to 7-8,000. I am a widow who lives alone and need someone to assist me in making sure that this job is completed, before the winter begins. I have no access into my basement/garage since they have blocked it with their gear and the awning from my house which needed to come down while working. If their is an emergency with the water heater or gas burner I cannot get into the garage to fix it which becomes a major problem and a safety hazard.Desired Settlement: I need the construction company to return and complete this job, by correcting major repairs which were incorrectly done and not finished.
