Improperly booted car with parking pass and refused to admit their wrong doing On the morning of August 2nd 2017, I woke up to head to an early doctors appointmentAs I was about to leave my apartment I noticed that my car had been booted, which I found odd as I had just placed my parking pass on my vehicleThe was a small card left on my window (and the adhesive wouldn't come off and left marks on my window) which instructed me to call an numberI called the number at am and explained my situation and the lady who answered said that a technician would soon contact me to take care of the situationminutes pass and no one has called me so I called the number back, and the same lady was very rude to me when I told her I was now running extremely lateFinally a man called me and I explained my situation again and he told me that I would have to pay because they had video show that there was no parking decal (while they may have a video, there is definitely a parking decal)

Car booted on private property near no visible signs On 09/09/at 2:27AM our car was booted at [redacted] in EdgewoodWe were driving down Howell (which is a one way) toward Edgewood, when we spotted a parking spot in a full lot to our rightWe saw no signs and proceeded to parkWhen we prepared ourselves to leave, there was no evidence of a boot, as the small sticker had fallen into the windowAs we proceeded to drive away we heard a noise that sounded like broken glass and we stopped our carWe found that our hubcap had come off completelyThe technician arrived and told us about the sticker, we rolled up the window to read itHe admitted that the signs were covered by vines and on the parking lot ground but stated he still had to boot us and be paidI call the police because this seemed like a scam, she informed me it was up to the property manager to determine if this was lawfulI decided not to have the police come and investigate, which I regretI took pictures

I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com in order to seek a refund for an unjust booting of my car in my apartment complex On March 4, 2017, I arrived to my car (parked in my resident parking garage at Two Blocks apartments in Dunwoody, GA) to find my car booted I was completely confused because I have been a resident for over a year and have my parking permit clearly displayed on my dash I contacted the number on the sticker left on my window (which had no company information, except a 1-number) and spoke with a dispatcher for parking enforcement When I was contacted by parking enforcement, they told me my car was booted for an expired plate In my head, that seemed silly because my plates were not expired However, in all fairness, I had forgotten to put my sticker on my plate I asked them to come to my location in order to show my proof of registration, including receipt for my plate (all up to date) I figured that this would suffice for them to remove my boot free o

Unprofessional and not following Georgia ordinance
I pulled my truck into the wesley chapel shopping center, no visible parking signs advising of any parking requirementsI was in my vehicle, never got out and was only in the lot for mins and a boot was put on every one of my wheelsI called the # on sticker went to texas & cost of $

I went to circle poke as I do a few times a week in the arium west side apartments on Northside driveI usually find one of the limited parking spaces available, however, today because of Fulton county officers and the new cadets occupying all the empty spaces there was no where to park I decide to park on the side where there were fours other cars parked and run inside to quickly pick up my food Now there is a sign on the wall that says unauthorized vehicles may be booted or towed but I thought that would mean if you were not a resident or doing business at one of the establishments There was no other signage stating I was parking in a fire lane which is what the very unprofessional looking boot woman saidI think this is another way to rip people off If she is sitting there watching me park she could have said something I don't live there and any other places state that this is a fire lane, etc I would not have parked there if I had realized that and of course there is no

12/29/I was parked at a Kroger in Decatur where I did go into the store and shop and I parked my semi-truck at the Kroger location when I returned to my vehicle hours later my truck was booted by vise parking enforcement and at first by their management I was told I couldn't park there if I was not a customer (which I was) and I did let him know and he referred me to the signs posted throughout the parking lot that had the Ga code 44-1-( which I have a picture of ) when I researched the code it had nothing to do with a customer leaving the parking lot and being booted as he stated I then asked him about it again and he told me oh the code has nothing to do with booting it has to do with towing and I then reminded him that I was a customer that day which is what the sign said parking was for that plazas customers my boss arrived an

The parking agents will not make contact with the truck to have them move, they will boot the truck and call the company with a 650$ chargeThr office worker was very nice and informative but when asked about signage he said it was a 8*sign that is stuck into the ground reading warning no parking fr tractor trailers etcseems this company is just out for money

We parked our car in front of a laundromat by car with three people sitting inside with their doors openWhen we returned to our car we recognized the same people who then approached us telling us they put a boot on our car and it will be $to remove itThey did not identify who they were and what company they work for, just proceeded to ask if we're paying with cash or cardSince these people must have camped out there for at least an hour we immediately became concerned that this was a scam and they were trying to swindle us out of moneyThere was a tag on my car window that offered no identifiable information for the parking enforcement company they were allegedly working for, as well as the "Tech #" space was not filled outAfter repeated requests to know what company they worked

Booted with parking decal
Centennial place apartments use this service to target unauthorized vehiclesResidents have decals to park in certain areasI have been living here for over yearsI have a decalI came out of my apartment to find my car booted with a decalI called and they explained there's no decal on the videoI asked to see footage of the video and my request was deniedI have been booted before and park in the parking lot everydayI make sure I have a decalI would be more understanding if I didn't have a decal or wasn't a resident, but I amMy complaint is the way Thisbe company practice am doing responds to customers who challenge themI have proof of my decalThe area is in a high traffic area and is targeted because of itOn many occasions I have been to different lots in the same complex and no boots were placed on caravan without decalsIf residents have decals there shouldn't be any boots, furthermore there is no signage stating that cars without

This company booted my car from a lot where there were no "No Parking" signs visibleThen it took them over minutes to remove the boot for $
I pulled into a private parking lot on a Sunday night at 5:30pmThe business was closed and there were NO signs in the lot stating that one could not park thereI was gone less than minutes and when I returned, my car (along with about other cars) was booted
My first complaint is that there is not one single "No Parking" sign in the lotUpon further inspection, there is a sign on the adjacent sidewalk staring that this is a private lot and your car may be towedThis sign is not in a place one parking in this lot would see unless they went looking aroundWhen I complained to the driver who removed the boot about it, he smirked and basically said "Too bad."
My next complaint is the customer service is unacceptableWhen calling the phone number to get the boot removed we were told someone would be there 'soon' and the technici

Illegally placed a boot on my companies vehicle while the driver was in the vehicleGA law states private property can not be under surveillance
Our driver went into the big lots parking lot and parked temporarily until the location where he was delivering freight openedHe was occupying the vehicle and did not leave the vehicle unattendedVise Parking Enforcement came and place a boot on the vehicle without even trying to notify the driver who was laying in the sleeper of the truckA simple knock on the window of the truck a parking citation and asking the driver to move the vehicle would have been all that was neededWe as a company would have been willing to pay a reasonable amount for thatGA state law says that 44-1-says that a private property can not be placed under survelience and that the company would have had to call and request Vise Parking Enforcement to come out and ask them to moveMy driver made an honest mistake in parking in a lot that said no parking eve

My car was booted while parked in a gravel lot next to the venue in which I was attending a concertI was charged $to have the boot removed, and upon further research, this company was revoked/dissolved as of last yearHopefully if this guy continues to practice booting and whatever else he is doing under this apparently dissolved business, people will see this post before paying him any moneyI have filed a complaint with the FTC and hope that if nothing else that this guy is caught and taken care of properly by law enforcementThe signage in the lot was also ridiculously inconspicuous and hard to see when pulling in in the dark
