Vishions Smoke Shop

I am rejecting this response because: Someone from the smoke shop called me on 09/28/and told me that the company that makes the vapor I bought had issued a recall and that he wanted me to come in to exchange it for a different vapeI told him I wanted a refund and he said the stores policy was "no refunds or exchanges." If that is the store's policy why is he offering to exchange the product I boughtIf the company issued a recall on the vape kit I bought I should be entitled to a refund

Hello I called the customer to tell him he was able to come in and I'll exchange his product he told me he didn't want to exchange it, he wanted his money back, but we have a sign on our registrar stating we don't refund or do exchanges all sales are final, but I was willing to exchange it for him
and he just hung up on me
