The advertisement for this businesses' services does not disclose that the intended end results and goals require purchase of additional software and resources. The advertisement of the Local Marketing Vault's program is beyond misleading and I am 100% dissatisfied with the program. The advertisement for the program was found on ***, and a day after entering my email address for the program, I was contacted to enroll in the program via phone call. After enrolled, I was given access to a collection of videos that I would described at best as poorly produced. After finding out what was being provided for the amount that I was paying, I can say that I was misled by the *** advertisement. I have attempted to contact Local Marketing Vault to discuss and have left voicemails, but have not had any luck reaching any representative of the company -- which is just another shortfall that Local Marketing Vault exhibits for not providing support to its clients.

On 9/30/18 I signed up with the marketing vault group that advised that no other tools would be needed to perform this work and that the training was all included. After signing up and watched a few training videos I found that the videos were not fully comprehensible and skipped some very crucial parts with creating Facebook ads. Also, they were outdated as the FB platform for advertising had changed. They then were offering an accelerated form of training but wanted to charge extra for that. Once I signed up I noticed that I did not want this and sent a message to the representative that helped me advising that I wanted to cancel. She would not let me cancel and kept pushing me to keep watching the videos. I finally got tired of dealing with her and sent a message to the owner of the company with no avail. I finally stopped my bank from paying them and that is when I finally got a response. I advised that I wanted to cancel and they said sorry you are now out of the cancellation timeframe when I originally asked I was within the timeframe but she wouldn't let me cancel. I am asking for a refund.
We received this complaint after our refund period, however usually with a complaint as described by ***, we go out of our way to provide extra help. She didn't want that help, and continued with our program. I then received this complaint in the mail. My staff looked back at all her support conversations, and they were all about general business questions. We never were asked for a refund. Her disputed amount she wrote is $2,000. However, she only paid $1,421 toward our program. We cancelled her membership in March of 2019 and never billed her for the remaining amount of money she owed.
