Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the owner of the company was very misleading in his description of the bus service prior to payment being madeHis service is an old small school bus painted white and not the party bus he describedNothing was tampered with as he said could possible have happenedAll of the dressed were wet due to the rain coming through the back windows and side windowsWe were inconvenienced loading and unloading the bus with our things because of the condition of this bus serviceIt was the responsibility of the service to make sure their bus was in running condition and this clearly was notThe bus driver told us she had to go pick up a baseball team and this was the reason we had to take our things off the busWe were very nice is asking to be reimbursed for some of the cost but it appears that will not happenThis service will not be recommended to anyone who asks going forward Sincerely, Elizabeth [redacted]
