We had decided to have a love seat recoveredHaving had a few not so good experiences with upholstery work in the past I called someone who had retired but whose opinion we trusted and she directed us to Michelle
Right from the beginning Michelle was very helpful, we had no idea looking at small swatches of fabric, which would work with other furniture in the roomshe had the patience of a saint, we changed our minds numerous times as to what we wanted Michele ordered larger samples of fabric to help us visualise the finished pieceShe listened to us and made suggestions and guided us along in the process, We finally after many weeks decided on a fabric and are really happy with our choice
We are looking to make some changes to our kitchen and over the coming weeks & months we will be in discussion with Michelle, we are very confident she will again guide us to make decisions best suited for us

I visited Design with Confidence to discuss a kitchen update. Michelle had many good ideas and also had the contacts to schedule and carry out the work which was a plus for me. She recommended samples for all the materials and took care of purchasing them and having them available when required which worked out very well. She knows what goes together and seeks your input for what you like. The finished kitchen looks great and I have had many compliments on it.I found the process of getting a final estimate to match my budget a bit drawn out and thus the timeline we had set was delayed and the communication about the delays not clearly explained at the outset. Michelle was ever patient and upbeat throughout the process!
Had an old family chair that was up for repair. Someone in New West sent me to D with C and had my chair fixed and in good working order again, and looking great. Enjoyed the first experience, took a second chair back to Michelle's business and they took care of me again, just like the first time.
