the last years with W*** Plumbing Inc Ben is not paid on commission but an hourly rate set by the union The time Ben spends to diagnose, get the part and repair should be charged to the customer Mr*** was asked hat the model and serial number of heater was Mr*** was not at home and didn't have the information Mr*** was informed that without the model and serial number we may not have the parts in stock at the storeroom or truck Mr*** needed hot water and wanted us to sent a plumber out anyway Mr*** said it took Ben over one to go miles I have a Google map enclosed that shows the drive to be miles and takes minone way *** *** did question the bill and Ben took off $at the time of the service Please find the enclosed invoice Ben thought the matter was resolved with *** *** when he deducted a 1/hour off the bill W*** Plumbing Inc does not what anyone to feel scammed of mistreated We will refund another $for this matter to be resolved Please find a copy of the refund check.Tami W***
