Had an issue with my refrigerator. Called Vision Appliance on Monday and they were able to get a technician out the very next day.
Jim was very professional and friendly and was able to fix the problem in no time.
The repair was also reasonably priced, and they are now my appliance repairmen of choice.

I did not receive a money order. My address is [redacted]. Additionally, I mentioned that I had to purchase a different washer - the guys that took it gave me an estimate of $300 to fix the washer he sold me. Yes, he did fix the pump - I called him 2 wks later to let him know that the washer was not draining the water. Is here anything I can do to get it to drain - he said yes but he did not want me to mess with it. He was coming by on Tuesday - already on his schedule. I had my mom call him because her washer was not draining either. He never responded to her calls either - she went and brought a new set. She told me to see how much it would cost to fix hers because it was a [redacted]. I left him a message letting him know that I had both washers that was not draining at my house. My father brought theirs on Monday to be there for that Tuesday. He never showed. The $** refund was requested because he never gave me the parts for the dryer and he half way cleaned the dryer. He never went under my house which was suppose to be part of the cleaning. That visit cost me $**. The washer I brought from him was taking away by the guys who brought over the washer I purchased for $200. I do not have the washer he is asking for any longer. I paid him $125 for it so what right do he have to demand to get it back. He was not planning to refund me. The washer is no longer in my home. It was there 3 weeks after that supposedly Tuesday appointment he never showed for. I had to was cloths at my mom house until I was able to get another washer. The money he said that he sent at the beginning of the month never made it to my home.

Review: I purchased a washer from [redacted] in June. When it was delivered it had a slight leak. I was told that it is possible that it is from the move. A few months later the leak got worse. [redacted] came by and repaired the pump causing the leak. While there he looked at my dryer. He was suppose to provide maintenance on it consisting of vacuuming it, clearing ducts and going under the house to clear ducts. I just received a vacuum and that was it for $35. He was to order parts and bring it back to tighten the drum of the dryer. I paid for service and part ($** by check) at this visit. A couple weeks went past - it was the holiday's. I contacted him to ask about my parts. He did not call for about a week and a half. When he returned my call he mentioned having a family emergency. He promised to bring the part to complete the job. He never showed. I called again another promise to come and never showed. The washer broke again and would not drain water. I called to explain that I have another issue. I left several messages and tried to contact him on [redacted]. I ended up calling and telling him that I was disappointed with the service and that he took me for a repair never completed and sold me a bad washer. I had to get rid of the washer because I was quoted over $250 to repair and buy another one to replace the junk that he sold me. I was not only out $** for the repairs, now I am also out of the money spent on the washer. All I can say is be aware because this is not how to do business.Desired Settlement: I feel that this was a lot of unnecessary actions on the business owners part. This started with a repair on December 16, 2013 and I have yet to receive a call about this situation. I would like a refund for the junk washer (I no longer have it) and the cost of repairs he never provided. I still do not have the parts he claim to have with him when he promised to come by. The washer was $120.00 in cash. I got rid of it but would like to receive money back since he provided me with a 6 month warranty for the product and never follow through with the repairs.
