Vision Auto Glass

I met a representive of Vision Auto Glass Inc (Enrique according to the business card) at the Florida Home and Garden show in Jacksonville. We exchanged numbers and he followed up with myself and my insurance to repair my cars windshield crack. A representative came out later in the week and made the repair replacing my windshield. The next morning when driving the molding around the glass came away from my car. After many phone calls that morning the same person who replaced the windshield came out and ripped the part off my car and said the company would order new part and replace. Waited about 2 weeks with no follow up from the company before I called. I sent texts to the numbers I had and called as well leaving information to call me back. I did not hear from anyone. I notified Lynx through my insurance company and let them know what was going on. They called and had the same problem. Dispatcher would answer and find out who it was and disconnected the call and would not answer again. A few days later we did get Enrique on the phone and an appointment was made for the repair to get done. The appointment day and time came and went with no call and NO SHOW. After 6Pm I texted Enrique who said someone in management would follow up why no one called or showed up for the appointment. No one ever did. Another day was given for the repair. The night before the repair day I receive a phone call from Ken, Ken does not work for Vision Auto Glass Inc, he was a "sub" that was called in for the repair. I explained to him what happened and sent pictures of the windshield. He knew he didn't have the part to fix it with him and was going to call me the following day if he was able to get the part. He did follow up that his company did not have the part and that was the last I heard from anyone. At that point I notified my insurance company again who sent out an adjuster. The adjuster found $450+ worth of damages (repair and parts).
