Review: I dropped my car off for hail repair on 5/23/14 I was told that everything would be done by 2-3 weeks time. 2 weeks had gone by and I attempted to call the shop everything day looking for an update, no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I drove over to the repair shop on the 3rd week to see my car to not have even moved or been touched, with no repairs done at all. I finally get a hold of someone from the shop and they inform me that they were waiting to hear back from my adjuster to approve the supplemental adjustment. I proceeded to contact my insurance company and the adjuster to which they inform me that neither has heard or seen any paperwork from this shop. I called the shop back to have them call the insurance company right away to because they are now at the point where they said everything would be done, but they haven't even gotten started. I'm not sure how much longer my car would have sat before they would have actually called. So from this point they tell me another 2-3 weeks till it will be completed. I call to check on the car again at the 2 week mark and they inform me that they are "working" on it and that they can't really give me a date when it will be completed. I call back at the end of the next week (the 6th) and they inform me that they are still working and that he will have it done for sure at the end of the 7th week. I attempted to contact the GM for a week straight, he is on vacation and no one seems to know who is covering his duties or actually pick up the phone to talk to me or return calls. Today is the day in which my car is supposed to be done and yet again no one is answering calls. The amount of time that was required and waited doing nothing is unacceptable and unprofessional, don't provide unreasonable expectations that you can not meet. I am trying to get in contact with the GM still about reimbursing me one months payment for my car for them wasting my time and money, and their ignorance to keep me in the dark and constantly lie.Desired Settlement: Reimbursing me one months payment for my car for them wasting my time and money, and their ignorance to keep me in the dark and constantly lie.
