Mr*** states that the consumer called them and wanted to make sure that they were a real business and wanted to come and see the location prior to purchasing the GrouponHe states that he was running a special with Groupon for $for the
interior and $for interior and exterior detailingHe states that when the consumer arrived, he advised her that since she was there he would do the interior for $since the job was not a big oneHe states that the consumer agreed and he had a worker shampoo the consumer's carMr*** states that he does not allow smoking on his premises because he has asthmaHe states that he advised the consumer that she could go into their professional waiting area while her car was being cleanedHe states that the consumer decided to wait outsideHe states that after about minutes, he went to check on the consumer to make sure she was alrightMr *** states that when the consumer's car was ready the consumer was unhappy with the job that was doneHe states that at that time, he sent the worker that had cleaned the consumer's car home for the day and had another worker re-shampoo the consumer's carHe states that when that worker was done the consumer still was not happy and that he himself re-shampooed the consumer's carHe states that prior to him starting the work, he asked the consumer which parts she was most unhappy about so that he could pay more attention to those areasHe states that when he was done, again the consumer was unhappyHe states that the consumer told him that she could have done a better job and that the job done was not worth $He states that he asked the consumer what she felt she should payHe states that the consumer told him $Mr*** states that he told the consumer that she didn't have to pay anything and the consumer left without paying him anythingHe feels that he went above and beyond for the consumer and she paid him no money

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business owner refused to accept any responsibility and blatantly lied in his responseFirst of all, I did pay him the money he asked for, which was requested prior to beginning the workSecond, he asked me to wait inside of a room, which looked to be his living room as the shop is attached to a houseInside, there were three men smoking what looked to be a joint along with numerous cigarette buds, which is why I opted to wait outsideThe business owner is lying about not have smokers on the property, as he himself was smokingNot only that, but he told me he had the employee, who was working on my car, leave because "he is a drunk" and apparently had been drinking all day.
I am appalled by the lies this man has concoctedIt is sad that he not only refuses to take responsibility for the damages done to my car, but also does not have the courtesy to apologize for this awful experience that I encountered due to this lack of diligence and integrity.
