To whom it may concern: Thank you for your correspondence dated May 19, which we received in our office dated May 26, 2017.In response to complaint ***, we want to thank you for your letter, which allows us an opportunity to improve our services.Of course we would like all patients
and visitors to receive great care and excellent customer service; we strive to deliver this level of service with every interaction.However, even with the best of intention and planned process to deliver such service, we acknowledge sometimes we may not achieve the level of service we strive for. In this instance, we were not the party’s provider, but were in possession of the records from her previous (retired) provider, as part of an purchase agreementAs part of that agreement, we handle medical records on behalf of the former provider.We have tried to correspond with the aggrieved party in response to her complaint filed with the Revdex.comWe wished to inform her that the most recent request for medical records to be received at the provider office she requested, has been fulfilledIt was never our intention to delay the record from being submitted to the intended partyWe would also like to fulfill her request for a free copy of her medical record due to her displeasure with our serviceTo date, she has not returned our call, but we look forward to hearing from herThe purpose of our call to her was to affirm we would provide her a copy of her medical record free of charge and to identify the mode by which she wishes to receive the record, by mail or in personIf by mail, we wish to ensure that we have the correct address. We wish to offer her an apology for the difficulty she had in working with us in getting her record to the doctor’s office as she requested and acknowledge her experience was an aberrant and unfortunate oneFurthermore, we wish to thank her for bringing this experience to our attention so we can improve our services. She is most welcome to call *** extension *** and speak with *** in our Medical Records Department to obtain her free copy.She may also call *** ***, Director of Operations at *** to discuss her needs, concerns and suggestions for improvement with our services. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Greetings regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They sent me the wrong size of rings which were not to be available and they are the same type that failed within weeks, please see sketch, the
base is made wrong which is why I have offered to buy new chairs of a different type and they should give me the credit, Please see attached, *** ***
