I purchased a Lexus RX automobile from this company on 6/20/ I traded our Lexus RX and gave the General Manager, [redacted] , a check for $5,000.00, taking the car with a drive-out tag set to expire on 8/3/ As per the agreement, the balance due was paid by checks within days, at which time, or shortly thereafter, I was supposed to receive the title documents from Mr [redacted] I still do not have them as of today, 8/6/ I had begun calling this business about days ago, trying to be sure the title was received before the drive-out tag expired I continued calling almost every day since then I have left several messages, none of which have been returned, and many times was greeted by a telephone company message saying that "this party is not receiving calls at this time," with no option to leave a message Without the title documents, we cannot get the care registered or get tags I do not understand We have the car, which is fine and exactl
