Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, what [redacted] stated is not true, I was not even in court that dayI did file against him and the day of the hearing, I couldn't even make it to court because I was extremely sick I faxed to court my doctor's note and the case was dismissed I have refiled Secondly, his response does not resolve the fact that he still owes me almost $3, He is only giving an account of what he thought he saw in court, not the full story Regards, [redacted] ***

At court, the court clerk gave me the information that I gave as a response He stated he would mail a determination sheetPollock Installations is at po box [redacted] my wife has a home at [redacted] it is her house and not Pollock installations address all and any information is to go to Pollock installations at [redacted] ***, not her homeI still have copy of all emails back and fourth to customer as to special order materials not returnable [redacted]

Mr*** presented to our office for a contact lens exam ($85)His insurance authorization from his medical group only pays for determining the spectacle RXThis holds an allowance of $to be applied to our $The remainder is the patient's responsibility
Upon speaking to MR*** on the phone he became quite irateHe was told he didn't have to yell, the connection is just fine, he said, "YES I DO HAVE TO YELL! I HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED" and kept yellingThe phone call was ended on our partMr*** immediately called our office and left a message stating (in an infantile manner)"What's the matter little girl? Did I scare you? Do you need your pacifier? Maybe once you find it you can come to work"
Our office reached out to Mr*** to inform him his vision benefits were being immediately reinstated and a copy of his spectacle RX was being mailed to himHe continued with the taunting
Our employees are not expected to endure the taunting and abusive nature of some patients

Let's hear the recording that I leftThat will prove that their statement is a flat out lieThis statement was never said"YES I DO HAVE TO YELL! I don't even speak that wayThe instant that I started to raise my voice after she continued to argue with me after I had proven her wrong, she immediately hung upI wouldn't have had a chance to say any of that
I have the phone records to prove that I had spoken with my insurance company while I was at their office the first timeWhen I spoke with ***, he agreed that he had spoken with my insurance on the first visit and was told that I had a $copayIf he or I had been told anything other than that, I would have left immediately as my income does not allow for expenditures such as $(the amount they wanted before I spoke with my insurance while in their office), $that they wanted the second time I was there (which they later agreed that my insurance would cover) or the $that they wanted when I came in to pick up my lenses (All of which I was assured that my insurance would cover 100% prior to my first visit), for medical or any other reason
According to several other reviews easily found on the internet, I'm not the first person that they've pulled this scam onHad I read the reviews on Yelp.com alone prior to my first visit, I would have avoided them like the plague

Our exam is $The contracted payment for refraction only (from Mr***'s medical group) is $Since Mr***'s medical group only pays $(for a refraction only and the only service authorized on Mr***'s referral) we discount the exam 15% (totals $55.00)We subtract the $the medical group is suppose to be paying and the balance is what Mr*** was being charged
Mr***'s Eyemed coverage is a materials only planMeaning frame, lenses, contact lenses
Given Mr*** refused to pay for services we negated fees and services for the contacts (as if he was never fitted with contacts) and mailed to him a copy of his spectacle prescriptionMr*** is now able to go to another provider with his spectacle prescription and be fitted for contacts and use his Eyemed plan to pay for his contacts
We have filed our own grievance with Mr***'s insurance companyWe no longer wish to provide services and/or product to Mr***

I did file against him and the day of the hearing, I couldn't even make it to court because I was extremely sick.  I faxed to court my doctor's note and the case was dismissed.  I have refiled.  Secondly, his response does not resolve the fact that he still owes me almost $3,000.00.  He is only giving an account of what he thought he saw in court, not the full story.
