In the case of the order of *** ***, we did order her bedroom group and the order did take a little longer than anticipated The order started out as a lawaway that was wrote 3/11/then switched on 9/13/and then was paid off 3/4/ We were patient with her on her lawaway

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like the record to show reflect, that while I was informed the piece was out of stock, I was told it would be ordered and received within weeks of my purchaseIt took an extra amount of communication, my time, and complaining, to receive a NEW wedge as they tried to get me to take a used one, weeks after my purchaseBilly did work to try and get the issue resolved and held up to his word on the final order and delivery date of my furniture piece which was delivered on 4/9/weeks after my initial purchase on 2/20/
