Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Even after Linda C [redacted] stated she would not deal with me again, she continuues to do so and continues to LIE about the many aspacts of this complaint And even after getting the letter notifying the clinic that I have retained legal representation, she still continues to contact me Her unprofessional demeanor and mediocre customer service is emblematic of the quality of how my complaint is being handled by Linda C*** And I refuse to further engage in this juvenile exchange -- it is beneath me to even dignify her accusations with a response As stated in my second response to this case -- the Vision Clinic is a hostile place for me and I would not go back there The least that these people can do is mail me my glasses and everything else that came with it, along with the check for the damaged logo I could have charged the full cose of the frame but out of consideration, I was willing to reduce that to half the cost since I expected to get my frame back I property of mine was damaged by these people and obviously, I will insist on being compensated It is laughable that Linda C [redacted] expects to only pay $for a broken Chanel Logo -- she can go all over the internet and will not find any for that price Where ever did she get the idea that I would be willing to settle for that??? I stand by my words and have not reason to make anything up I have nothing to gain by doing so This case has been declared closed by Revdex.com and it baffles me that a response riddled with inaccuracies from the Vision Clinic continues to be entertained and posted by Revdex.com Please require Vision Clinic to mail me the glasses, the broken logo, the check and a copy of my prescritption resulting from me eye exam in October since I will now have to get new glasses made My mailing address is: [redacted] ***, Seattle WA And let's just get this done and over with It doesn't cost much to mail such a small package It's even less than the gas I would use in my car to drive to this clinic from where I am and back Not to mention the time and inconvenience these people are causing me for their own incompetence and utter lack of basic customer service Sincerely, [redacted]

I am not sure where to beginI do know that I am not going to stoop to the level *** *** has where she is personally attacking my character
In my first response where I said in our research the frame does not come with a logoWhat I was referring to was a new frame not her frame she brought inI have never disputed the frame she brought in had a logoObviously there was a logo on the one she brought in So not so laughable
As far as me not responding until we heard from her attorney is not true I emailed my response on 07/07/The attorneys letter is dated 07/07/so we did not receive this notice until07/12/
3.The lab tore apart all the boxes in the lab and finally found the broken pieces which were in a little white containerAs I stated before you can contact my lab to confirm the eventsWe are also very busy and this is getting a little out of hand
I have no reason to lie about any of these events I believe *** *** is so mad that she is not understanding the eventsShe is just stuck on us trying to do her wrongWhich is not the caseShe did tell me she found a logo for $on eBay and we agreed she would bring it in with the receiptI called my lab contact right after my phone conversation with *** and told her what was going on she agreed to reimburse the patient for her logoAs said before the next day *** came in the office I asked for a receipt to give the lab for reimbursementShe stated she has receipts and will not give any to us now she wanted $
We did redo the lenses on good faith to a single vision reading that *** asked forThe lenses were made before the logo was brokenSo she has a no charge pair of reading lenses in her frame at this time
I hate that I have to defend myself again but for the final time I NEVER EXPRESSED THAT SOMEONE IN THE LAB HAD SHOWN INTEREST IN HER LOGO AS I SAID BEFORE LOGOS ON GLASSES WENT OUT OF STYLE ABOUT YEARS AGOALSO I DO NOT TALK TO ANY ONE IN THE LAB NEVER HAVE IN MY ALMOST YEARS OF WORKING HERE, I ONLY SPEAK TO OUR REP WHO TAKES OUR ORDERS
I never said her Chanel glasses are worth less not sure where that came from again falsely accused of something I did not say
I called *** on 07/15/to tell her we have the broken logo, her glasses with the reading lenses she requested, and a check for $I was not able to say anything to her since she hung up on me immediatelySo we are not refusing to compensate her yet another misrepresentation of our character.
It did take a little longer than maybe should have this had nothing to do with her attorneys letterWe were waiting on a credit from the lab since they were the ones who broke the logo to write a check to *** ***The lab does not have the ability to write checks to reimburse patients so this is the process we had to go thru
I called her attorney told him what we have for her.
Obviously *** and I have a different account of what happenedI do not have any reason to make this up I have documented notes in her record of all our conversations We just want her to pick up her glasses broken logo and checkNot sure what her having a high paying job has to do with anythingWe treat all our patients with-the same courtesy no matter what the makeThis is the first time I have had a personal attack on my character or my ability to remember thingsJust shows how out of touch some people can be
Again we did respond before the letter from her attorney was received dated 07/07/then had to be mailedMy response was on 07/07/to Revdex.comSo another misrepresentation of our character

The person who wrote the response grossly misrepresented the facts
First of all, when they worked on my Chanel glasses the first time, Linda was fully aware that there was a logo on one of the lenses -- which I paid for them to transfer on to the new bifocal lenses they were putting So for her to say that thru her research she found that the lenses do not come with a logo is a categorical lie! As you can tell from her response, she confirms that they did finally find the broken logo they claimed earlier they can no longer locateThe Chanel glasses I brought back the second time had the logo; and it also had the logo the first time I brought it back I do not know what kind of research she conducted to determine that my Chanel glasses as originally brought to them, did not come with a logo That is the crux of this complaint -- there was a logo, they broke it and for weeks they said they could not find the broken pieces I did not say that I found a logo for $that I was going to bring by I said I bought a few Chanel glass and cases, at various prices, to determine which one would work best as a replacement This is yet again another lie. When I brought the Chanel back to have the progressive bifocals replaced, I did not expect to get that for free She said she would check if they would do it under warranty but I was prepared to pay had they charged me for them Unfortunately, we never got there because they broke the logo -- which Linda is laughably claiming does not exist on my glasses that I left with her When they could not produce my broken Chanel logo, I decided to not have them worked on so I went back to the clinic and I said I want my frame back, along with the broken logo She said that was not possible because the lab could not locate the broken pieces Linda C*** also lied about someone at the lab expressing interest in my Chanel frame It is not in my best interest to make these things up --- I am a very busy person and have no time to engage in such juvenile activities Linda must be suffering from early onset of senility since not only does forget what's come out of her own mouth, she also could not provide an accurate account of events I am not wrongfully accusing the clinic -- I AM STATING FACTS; ACTUAL EVENTS THAT HAPPENED - whether Linda C*** remembers them or not I think it is suspicious that Linda would respond after my claim was closed and after receiving a letter from my attorney I hold a high-paying position and would not make anything up regarding my Chanel glasses But the point is, Linda/Vision Clinic damaged my property and they are refusing to compensate me for their carelessness They couldn't even produce the broken pieces up until they got a letter from my lawyer That clinic is a hostile environment for me and I do not need to be back there At the very least, they should mail my glasses to me, along with everything else that I have asked in relief for the inconvenience and anguish these people have caused me I still need to be compensated for the broken logo -- the Chanel glasses without it is as worthless as Linda C***'s words!

I am responding to the letter sent by [redacted] came in on 11/20/2015 for an eye exam and ordered three pair of glasses from us at the time of ordering it was explained to [redacted] that she would have a couple of months to get use to the progressive lenses she wanted to try, in that time we would do a no charge redo ( she would not get the difference back in dollars from her progressive she wanted) but we would put her in a single vision lenses or bifocal at no charge, they were dispensed to her on 12/03/2015. At no time did I say to [redacted] (or anyone else in my 30 years of working here, logos on glasses have gone out of style for 20 years now so lab would not be interested in purchasing) that someone in our lab was interested in purchasing her frame the decal she had on there the lab put on with her first order with no problems. On 12/21/2015 she came back with one pair of the progressives and we redid at no charge to a reading RX she wanted to keep the Channels as a progressive lenses. [redacted] came in 05/19/2016 which was about 4 months past the warranty and wanted us to now put in a reading RX into her Channel frame in good faith the lab and I agreed to extend the warranty and do at no charge. On 05/25/2016 I received a call from our lab customer Rep Rachel she stated that the lab had broken the logo they looked into ordering one but could not they also could not find the broken pieces. I called [redacted] apologized and said I would try to find one and she said she would also try to locate one. Received a call back from [redacted] she said she located one on eBay for $65.00. asked her to bring in emblem and receipt and the lab would be willing to reimburse her. All seemed good.
On 06/02/2016 
[redacted] came in and wanted the lab to reimburse her for the logo without a receipt. I told her we need a receipt to get her reimbursed. She stated she had 4 receipts but wasn't going to give us any and she wants $225.00 for half the cost of the frame the frame was not broken only the logo that she wanted on the frame was. She stormed out saying we will hear from her attorney. Thru our research the frame does not come with a logo on it. The frame case does but not the frame. Her glasses are made with the reading lenses she requested and in our office for pick-up.
Rachel from the lab called me on 06/06/2016 and said her and her manager went thru all the trays and actually found the broken pieces of the logo. She said she knows it sounded fishy but the way the trays are the pieces were put into a little section of the box that is not visible from just a quick glance. I do have the broken pieces here also.
I did say to [redacted] that I will not be dealing with her anymore that she made up a complete story about things I said and it is best that she deals directly with Dr B[redacted]. She hung up on me when I told her I was not going to argue with her.
In her letter to us she states that she is willing to waive the compensation for the damaged authentic logo if the frame is returned with it. I have all of that here for her to pick up.
We feel she has accused us and our lab of fraudulent dealings. We have dealt with this lab since we started oer 30 years ago and this is the first time we have been accused of anything like this. There will be no letter of apology from us since we feel we were being unfairly accused from [redacted]

I apologize if this is after the 10 days but our mail boxes were broken into and our mail is delayed since we have to pick up at the post office till fixed.
