Good Morning!After looking over the complaint I have done some research and do believe that [redacted] is referring to a different companyWe have record of her email in our marketing systemBut we do not have any purchase history or contact history from her in our system She refers to an iPac t-shirt that she has not receivedHere at the USCCA we do not sell this shirtI have found this t-shirt at a similar price point from AGA (American Gun Association)Because [redacted] has not received her shirt and wants her money back I did find there contact us pageWe have reached out on her behalf to notify the AGA that they may wish to reach out to [redacted] if she is their customerhttps://gunassociation.org/contact-us/ If there is a further way we can helpPlease let us know, but unfortunately we cannot do more because she is not our customer [redacted] on behalf of [redacted]
