Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]
They're getting away with their crime. Like I said many times before, my account site was a fraud. My dollar amount never added up since the beginning of last year (even when I was doing their surveys almost everyday), and I had emailed them about it several times, but they never emailed me back and refused to resolve the issues for months, until I decided to contact Revdex.com and posted on facebook and twitter. They are lying to their teeth and trying to manipulate their response. They may be paying other members, but they weren't crediting me for my months of effort, which I think is very prejudice and conspiracy.
I know they're conspiring against me and someone there are manipulating my portal account. My balance was frozen for many months and not even the surveys I finished were even stated like it used to be. I have been rewarded many times and been fairly treated by other survey sites I have been a member with, and I have not been with them this long (maybe one or two years)... but this visioncritical and [redacted]America (since 2010) have done me injustice, very unprofessional, and without integrity.
PS. Their response here is the same response they just emailed me, in which I DISAGREE!!

Sincerely,

"Dear [redacted]
We are sorry for your...

frustration and would like to offer an explanation of the status of your membership.
Since you joined us in December, 2010, you have been sent 245 surveys, 136 of which have been paid client surveys. You started 71 of those 136 surveys and qualified and completed 17 of them. In that time you accumulated 19.50 Survey Dollars. There was opportunity to accumulate more points with the 65 surveys not completed.
On January [redacted], the Member Support Team responded to your original inquiry (sent January [redacted]) saying that we cannot pay out your Survey Dollar points until you reach 50. Survey Dollars are not cash. They are only points until you reach 50, at which time you can transfer those points over into cash for a check, PayPal deposit or Amazon gift e-card. This is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when you signed up, i.e. “Redeeming Survey Dollars in amounts less than 50 Survey Dollars is not permitted”. Please click here to review those terms and conditions [LINK PROVIDED].
We appreciate the time you took out of your day to complete these surveys. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions though, we are not a bank, nor are we an employer, and the rewards offered (draws and/or Survey Dollar points) are meant to be a way of thanking our members. Participation is voluntary and if you feel that it is time not well spent, you are more than within your rights to leave the community. We will be sad to see you go but understand your decision.
Having said that, would you like to discontinue your membership? You can do so by responding to this message and having the Member Support team remove you from receiving any more surveys. Alternatively, you can “Unsubscribe” by clicking the link at the bottom of any one of our communications.

Dear [redacted],

We have done the required checks to ensure you were given the appropriate rewards for the surveys you qualified for and completed. Many of the surveys you completed were our profiling surveys, which you were rewarded for by receiving sweepstakes draw entries as indicated in the invitations to those surveys. Of the 17 paid surveys you did qualify and complete, you received an average of just over 1 Survey Dollar, which is what a member would receive on average for completing surveys. Members are rewarded based on surveys qualified and completed, not for tenure in the community.

Review: I signed up to do surveys with [redacted]America, which is part of Vision Critical, in 2010, The policy was, I was to be paid the money once my balance reach $20.00. In 2012, my balance reached $19.90, then they changed the terms and condition to $50.00 minimum, but I've been doing surveys everyday for months after that, yet the balance never increased at all (not even a penny). The amount remained $19.90 for many months and up to this day. I complained to them about it and emailed them, and contacted them using their portal site, but to no avail. The continue to ignore me. I told them that I don't want to continue cause I'm being ripped off and they're not honest company... and that I would like to be paid the balance without waiting for the amount to reach $50 (which will never happen at all, I can see that). They were not responding to my emails until today, and here's their reply below (not a hint that they'll pay me at all),,, as if they want me to quit and pocket all my hard work: THEY'RE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CORRUPT [redacted] DRIVERS WHO VICTIMIZE HELPLESS PEOPLE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL FOR NOT REPLYING IN MONTHS.(their reply):Hello there,Thank you for your participation in [redacted] America. As per our Terms and Conditions (https://www.springboardamerica.com/skin/terms-and-conditions.html ), you may redeem the amount earned from completing surveys when your personal account has a balance of 50 or more Survey Dollars. We have set this requirement in order to ensure as many funds as possible are paid out to our Members. We prefer to minimize money spent on administration fee and maximize money we pay to you, our Member. If you decide to stop being a member of [redacted] America, the Survey Dollars that you have accumulated will be forfeited. If you still wish to unsubscribe, please click on the unsubscribe link included on the survey invitations.Sincerely,The [redacted] America TeamDesired Settlement: To refund me the $19.90 that's showing in my balance, plus the one year+ of surveys that's not showing in my balance that they try to hide from me, which should already have totaled over $50.I've been doing surveys with other companies in less time and I've been compensated many times over with rewards and cash, but this corrupt company have not given me anything and I've been doing surveys for them since 2010. They should be shut down.
