They are working on the transmission, but are saying I need new tires, $I was told the tires were new when I purchased the vehicle, how can they go bad in such a short timeI shouldn't have to pay for that

We have reached out to the consumer to bring the vehicle back in. The check engine light was on, the code was for a thermostat. We agreed to replace the thermostat for her at no charge. Vehicle did not have any other codes and was not running "rough" as stated. Ron ***, the
Service Manager, reviewed the results with the consumer while she was in our waiting room. We test drove the vehcile after replacing the item and it was not misfiring or running abnormally. Rin asked her if she was satsified and she did reply yes. After recieving a second complaint from her we have left several messages with her without a response. We are willing to listen if there are other concerns

To Whom It May Concern, Vision Dodge did have the vehicle posted incorrectly and have since corrected the price to the correct price.I regret any inconvenience this may have caused.We have found and corrected the cause of the incorrect price and instituted a process to minimize this from
happening again

The vehicle currently has 74,559 miles on it. The vehicle has traveled 23,815 miles since delivery. The customer is responsible for maintenance and tires are a maintenance item. Vision offered a discounted the price on new tires in interest of customer satisfaction. Customer declined. Vison Dodge will not purchase tires for [redacted].
