On December 9, 2019, a Vision Electric employee caused damage to my
property.
On December 9, 2019, Vision Electric employee caused damage to my vehicle.
The employee acknowledged he did the damage. Vision Electric has refused to resolve this issue and has refused to reimburse me for the damage.
A satisfactory solution would be for Vision Electric to pay for the property damage invoice of $1604.01, plus medical expenses of $99 related to the damage,travel expenses of $129,, rental expenses of $110.when property is being repaired.
The claimant signed a release and the payments were overnighted to him in the amounts of $1,714.01 and $433.00. This needs to be removed.
