Saturday, May 21 2016. As the F&B director, I was made aware of the situation but was not present that evening. I spoke to the manager on duty for further information. Vision Nightclub has been open for over four years. We have never given or promoted "unlimited bottles". We have never received a complaint similar to the one [redacted] has made. All guests are presented with a menu upon arrival where prices are clearly marked. Our hostess, who would have answered any questions, has been with us for 4 years. Due to these reasons, we will not be settling with [redacted] for the disputed amount of $97.80. Vision does offer "unlimited" mixers (juice, sodas, etc.) with the purchase of a bottle.
