Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. What Vision has said is not entirely true. There was no expectation of us to use weed killer on the weeds at all. We were even told it won't [redacted]er because their equipment would run them up and be buried under 6 inches of topsoil. If roundup was our responsibility, we would have expected some sort of communication because Vision wouldn't even be able to plant grass seed until 10 days. The weed growth while they were onsite is grossly inaccurate. We have pictures of the state of the yard while they were working. They did not come twice like stated. Must be confusing us with another neighbor that he DID go and knock down weeds. From an e-mail that was not refuted at the time: We did request that you come out and take down the weeds earlier (like you did for another house in [subdivision]) but it did not happen. I recall the discussion differently. I talked about Round Up but you had stated it was a waste of time and money because you were just going to run them all down and then burying them with 5" of topsoil. I felt like I was talked out of it.The bluegrass did germinate fine, but not in the areas where seed was not dropped in which we provided the pictures. That is were weed growth had no competition and was able to thrive which we couldn't address . The front areas of the lawn that was seeded properly did not result in nearly has much weed growth. Again, a bag of seed was promised in e-mails. It never came. The only overseed was front yard, not the issue was had discussed about the backyard. Regarding the secondary rock removal, that was not our doing. That was done by the sprinkler company. Yes, you take care of it and we thanked you but you did so because you didn't want to cause a rift or confront the sprinkler guys. We could have asked them to take care if.We never stated we were completely satisfied. We were required to make payments before work, during work and finally the day of completion of work. I don't think any landscaper allows to payments to be withheld until the lawn is in per satisfaction of the client. That is why when we mentioned we were going to take the issue to our credit card company did we get a response. Again, if Vision was not going to work with us, they never said so. It was we'll take care of it in the spring. Spring comes, we get an offer and we never receive the payment. We did not drag anything out, we needed to get a couple quotes to figure out the overall costs. That is when we came to a verbal agreement of $1,250 of meeting in the middle. Also, we'd like to point out the fact again that since Vision seemed willing to work with us and we thought it was in good faith that we gave recommendations to Vision to two other neighbors in the neighborhood that did have work completed in 2016. If we knew the situation would have resulted in this, we would not have given the recommendations to and Vision would have lost out on 2 jobs.Pictures can be provided on request.

[To assist us in bringing this [redacted]er to a close, we would like to know your view on the [redacted]er.] Well, unfortunately, you have an unsatisfied customer whom you promised things to via email and did not follow through.  We can keep going back and forth on this, but if you weren’t going to fix the issue at hand you should have said so a year ago. You again claim there is no warranty on seeded yards, but we received no such warranty information in any proposal of what is or is not covered and it is clear this was not an issue when you stopped over twice to the house and agreed to take care of us. The fact is that we brought the issues up within 21 days of job completion and you stated you would take care of the issues in e-mail and you failed to do so.

What Vision is claiming at this point is moot. We have, IN WRITING, that Vision was going to take care of the issues that we had brought to their attention. That is, after we had brought up that we were going to place a hold on funds, is the only time Vision became 'willing to work with us'. As you can see now, they clearly did this as a tactic to delay our ability to take any action on the funds. Everything that has been stated should have been stated day 1, instead, Vision made promises that the issues were going to be taken care of in the spring. We have all this in e-mail that was already added to the dispute and was ignored by Vision by again saying, it's not their issue anymore. It doesn't make sense to finally come to an agreement of a cash settlement VIA E-MAIL only to be ignored wondering where the funds are and then find out they are blaming us for all the issues now. Revdex.com was the next step in the process in which we sincerely hoped that we could arrive to some closure, but it seems Vision is now unwilling to uphold their promises. If we are unable to reestablish what Vision originally agreed to via a Revdex.com dispute, then we will pursue other options. At this time, the [redacted]er is still unresolved and responses from Vision have been unacceptable to resolving our original complaint.

November 172615   Phillip G[redacted] and Randi G[redacted] PRK Automotive [redacted] SantanAZ              85142   and   [redacted] Mesa, AZ      85292   Dear Business OWners of PRK Automotive   Per the letter enclosed from [redacted] Insurance dated November 12, 2915 when my Chrysler 309 was at your garage an agent T om [redacted] inspected the car and found that the computer module was in the car.   Once my vehicle was towed from your premises it was gone.   Why would you take and remove a computer rodule when it would not Tit another car?   The most obvious reason was to intentionally cause me hardship and hanm.   That module cost $1509 plus labor.   I will wait to hear rrom  you by November : 0,2015. I-f I do not  hear -from you I will file a p11lice report and take this to another Donna [redacted]

Per in person conversation the night of the meeting that was set up via the text message that you have also received, Mike changed his mind and did not want to pay for the added 40 yards of top-soil. We had used the on site top soil that was in the contract. He also was okay with using the straw...

instead of the hydro-seeder.  Being that it was earlier in the year we wanted to use the straw rather than the hydro-seed due to insulation value. He was pushing to do his yard very early and the straw was the best way to insure he had a nice yard grow in. Per the ruts he is talking about that would be settling, and was not there at completion. Unfortunately we can not warranty settling and natural disaster causes such as rain, wind & etc.

Unfortunately there is nothing else further Vision Exterior can do at this point. There is no warranty with seeded yards.

In October 2014, Ms [redacted] had her 2007 Chrysler 300C, towed to PRK Automotive LLC by recommendation of a "friend" and client of the shop.  At the time of its arrival PRK paid for said tow and performed an inspection of the vehicle and gave Ms. [redacted] a list of components missing to complete...

the work which had been started to make the vehicle driveable again.  Ms [redacted] claimed another shop in Maricoopa had started doing a cylinder head repair job and was stealing the vehicle and not finishing the work.  Contact has been made with the prior shop to which he stated the customer had not paid for the completion of the repairs so he was waiting to finish said work until he was paid in full.  We at PRK requested Ms [redacted] come in to sign a repair order allowing us to work on the vehicle, to which Ms [redacted] stated her insurance company, Safeway, would be paying for all neccessary repairs.  [redacted] had an adjuster come out to review the condition of the vehicle and deemed a claim would not be issued.  We contacted Ms [redacted] about coming in again and signing a work order and bringing in money to purchase parts for the repairs.  We waited several weeks for Ms [redacted] to come by, when she did not she again claimed the insurance company would be handling the repairs.  That is when I contacted [redacted] and was told the claim was denied and the customer was dropped from their company.   We then contacted her again and was told by Ms [redacted] we had no right to contact the insurance company and she demanded her car back and that she would not pay us for the tow, inspection and storage fees.  She also stated she would contact [redacted] Department and tell them we had stolen her car.  We allowed Ms [redacted] to have a friend come and tow the vehicle off the premises and he did a walk around of the vehicle and was told to verify any damage, parts missing (with exceptions of the parts we had noted), he signed there were no issues found.  PRK never performed any work to the vehicle only an inspection.  Since the car was removed from PRK, Ms [redacted] has continually claimed that we stole from her, with no merit backing the claim.  There is no value of the computer for said vehicle to PRK Automotive or anyone else as they are VIN specific, we hold our morals and integrity in high esteem and are an accredited and certified shop.

Good Morning [redacted] I wanted to let you know immediately that this complaint has been satisfied the company finally refunded my monies last evening after many months of back and forth.  I have confirmed my receipt of funds as  credit to the original card charged.  The site says to let...

you know immediately when there is communication or activity so that is what I am doing.  Thank you for your assistance.  [redacted]

As [redacted] stated the job was complete. We do not warranty seeded work especially when the customer wants us to use their blend of seed and not what we had recommended. We did offer to settle this in Spring for a dollar amount of $1,000.00 but he did not accept this offer. At this point we are not giving him anything. He did not maintain it properly and he re-did part of it to have his bench done. We can not warranty settling and seeding. As far as the quack grass, it was all over the neighborhood and we can not guarantee the soil in the neighborhood either. Unfortunately at this point there is nothing further we can do.

Revdex.com:Paul stated he would come re-level the yard at no charge that the ruts were his mistake  I had 600yds of topsoil there another 40 is not necessary  I will not pay more to just cover up mistakes which several other companies stated was your lack of "attention to detail" my yard was was just another "get in and out job" it was my fault for hiring your company and it's clear you don't stand by your work or your word this is out of my hands now and will be delt with legally  thanks for your attempt Revdex.com
