Account PCSXXXXXXX was placed with us on June 2, 2014. We made several unsuccessful attempts to reach the account holder. We reached a woman a few times who sometimes stated she was the account holder, but would not verify, and other...

times stated she was not. There was never any discussion of the account. We have since placed the account on hold, per this request and have not called or mailed any communications to the consumer since. Our client has also been notified of the consumer's position. Vision Financial Corp does not report to the credit bureaus.
