I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
HE IS LYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We never talked about NOT PAYING this BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES our "alarm" was going off for an hour and NO IT'S NOT LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have proof he doesn't cash his checks as I have all my bank records and all of their bills to me stating we owe bills when we had already sent the 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is a liar!!!

On the morning of 6/21/*** phoned the office saying that she would like additional equipment installed at her homeShe stated to me that she hated our company and that when she pays her bill it takes us months to cash her checksThis is not a true statement the deposits are made to the
bank at the very least twice a monthI let her know that other payment options were available and that she could subscribe to auto billingIn this case the customer leaves a credit or debit card number with us and the monthly charges are automatically charged on the first of the monthI also let her know that she could set it up with her bank with online bill payShe told me that she wasn't interested and that she didn't even pay her bill last month because she hates our companyShe decided that she would like an appointment for additional window sensorsI took her number and let her know that I would call her back with an appointment in a few moments, after checking with Alan (the owner) I phoned her backShe answered the phone saying "1, 2, goodbye", and hung upI thought that she must not have known it was meI phoned her back and left a message confirming the appointment that we had spoken aboutI never heard back from her that dayI was in the office until 6mAt 9:35pm on June 21, 2017, our answering service received a call from ***I have a copy of the records from the calls from *** *** ExchangeThat is the answering service that we use for our customersShe stated that the alarm was going off and she did not know how to clear itThe call was paged and our technician did respond but got a voice mail*** phoned in again at 9:41pm saying that she needed a call ASAP because she could not turn the alarm offThe third and final call came from *** at 10:pmShe stated that she had unplugged the alarm and that she would be calling a different alarm company tomorrowThe on call technician returned her call twiceShe did not pick up either timeShe then complained that he called from a blocked or restricted numberThe tech was calling from his home and we do not give out our home phone numbers.On June 22, we received all of our messages from the overnight callsAlan called *** to let her know that the tech did return her callShe said that the alarm had been going off for an hourThe alarm was never actually going offShe had a trouble signal from a battery.The battery will give a low beeping noise; it's the same type of noise as a door chimeThis is something that the user would normally take care of* hung up on AlanShe did not give him a chance to talk to her or try to fix any problem that she may be having.Her last complaint is about her contractAfter hanging up on Alan, I phoned *** and left her a message to say that a cancellation would not be assumed and as per her contract it would have to be put in writing*** phoned me back and stated that she would gladly payfor the remainder of the contract just so that she could be doneI explained to her that she would be billed for that because she had taken a free alarm in return for a three year monitoring agreementShe then asked me what would happen if she didn't pay itI explained that it would go to our attorney for collection action*** stated that she would go ahead and pay it but that she would be fighting Alan with the governmentAt no time was she ever threatened with being suedWe simply explained that she would be billed for the remainder of the contract and to send her cancellation in writingI did receive an email from *** later that morning cancelling the serviceWe have not received the payment for the contract remainderWe treat all of our customers exactly the sameWe are not trained to deal with customers that have emotional problems that are out of the ordinaryAlan DesGrange ADG Security
