Vision Grills Reviews (6)

I am writing in regards to the recent Revdex.com claim that was sent to us on May 19th The issue is that the customer purchased one of our Cadet BBQ grills from a local Sam’s Wholesale Club at a greatly reduced price The grill is normally $and he purchased the grill for $ We have proof of the Sam’s markdown label (see attached) The reason the grill was reduced in price especially during BBQ season was that it had parts missing on it Let me assure you we sell Sam’s 10’s of thousands of BBQ grills every year and every grill we ship is complete with all parts included The only way Sam’s would take a mark down like this would be if the grill was damaged or it had missing parts That being said we do not replace parts on grills that were sold at a huge markdown because it was missing parts, that is why the price was reduced in the first place In addition the customer sent us a picture of the grill box to show us what was missingI am not clear on how he could send us the picture of the box that clearly has a photo of the grill with all of its parts and yet saying we are wrong when we say that we alleged to him that the grill had missing parts Please read the Customers Statement of the Problem: The customer contradicts himself when he says “ I purchased a floor model and we (Vision Grills) assumed it was missing parts” He states that we are wrong in assuming this as he says it is not missing parts, my question is if it is not missing parts than why does he want us to send him parts This is very confusing? He can return his grill at his local Sam’s for his full refund price that he paid for this grill at Sam’s We would be happy to sell this customer parts for his grill but not give them to him when he bought the grill that had parts missing originallyI hope this makes sense to you Please call me, I am happy to discuss this with youPlease provide me a return email to let me know you received thisRespectfully; [redacted] Vice President Operations & Strategic Planning

I am writing in regards to the recent Revdex.com claim that was sent to us on May 19th 2017.  The issue is that the customer purchased one of our Cadet BBQ grills from a local Sam’s Wholesale Club at a greatly reduced price.  The grill is normally $399 and he purchased the grill for...

$259.  We have proof of the Sam’s markdown label (see attached)  The reason the grill was reduced in price especially during BBQ season was that it had parts missing on it.  Let me assure you we sell Sam’s 10’s of thousands of BBQ grills every year and every grill we ship is complete with all parts included.  The only way Sam’s would take a mark down like this would be if the grill was damaged or it had missing parts.  That being said we do not replace parts on grills that were sold at a huge markdown because it was missing parts, that is why the price was reduced in the first place.  In addition the customer sent us a picture of the grill box to show us what was missing. I am not clear on how he could send us the picture of the box that clearly has a photo of the grill with all of its parts and yet saying we are wrong when we say that we alleged to him that the grill had missing parts.  Please read the Customers Statement of the Problem:  The customer contradicts himself when he says “ I purchased a floor model and we (Vision Grills) assumed it was missing parts”.  He states that we are wrong in assuming this as he says it is not missing parts, my question is if it is not missing parts than why does he want us to send him parts.  This is very confusing? He can return his grill at his local Sam’s for his full refund price that he paid for this grill at Sam’s.  We would be happy to sell this customer parts for his grill but not give them to him when he bought the grill that had parts missing originally. I hope this makes sense to you.  Please call me, I am happy to discuss this with you.
