I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I felt that Vision Hankook Motors Inc used deceptive sales tactics in defrauding me to purchase this faulty vehicle. Even though I signed an As Is Contract this is no excuse for fraud. The implied warranty of fitness and merchantability does not even meet the minimum standards of a used car. Instead after officially driving it for less than two weeks I got a junk heap.

Mr. [redacted] had the opportunity to inspect and test drive the vehicle in prior to making the purchase, and our Client even fixed theAnti-Lock Brake Parts for Mr. [redacted] when he made the request (Exhibit “C”.)In addition, our Client submits the Contract Cancellation Option Agreement showing Mr. [redacted] had declined the option to purchase a contract cancellation option and the Ar Provision of the contract stating that Mr. [redacted] agrees to the terms that he will proceed with arbitration in case of any dispute (Exhibit “D”.). Therefore, it is inappropriate for Mr. [redacted] to leave negative and malicious reviews on [redacted].com that are not factually correct and could potentially harm our Client's business.Based on the evidences provided by our Client, our Client does not have the responsibility to issue the refund that Mr. [redacted] demanded in the Complaint.
