We completed and fulfilled the contracted work on 6/1/Many times we will do extra work if needed to complete a job properlyWe did a considerable amount of extra work to ensure the project was done correctly and never billed them for this as well the materials needed - even though it was NOT in the contract, We are sorry that Mrs [redacted] cannot comprehendthat she has an OPEN porchAll around sides weather is and will continue to come insideThis is the reason that her original porch needed replaced! If it were an enclosed porch, she would not have this problemShe contracted us to repair her roof (which was leaking on the porch) and we replaced the roof to give the customer a better jobWe replaced all of her porch boards and completed extra work that was not contracted and she was not currently billed forSorry for my redundancy but I feel this important to noteWe've suggested that she seal the porch to assist in preventing from rotting as the previous one didAfter receiving her last request to reopen the complaint, we did additional metal work at her request in an attempt to make a happy customer, address her concerns and resolve this complaint we also did not bill her for thisWe have went above and beyond the contracted work and feel there is nothing else we can doWe now decline on doing any further work on this project, as we feel she will continue to be dissatisfied and unreasonableHaving over 1,000's of customers, our goal has always been, to go above and beyond to satisfy themSadly, in my honest:opinion, this is just one of those customers that no matter what you do, you cannot make them happyAgain, she needs to seal her porch, or enclose it, as we cannot prevent God from making it rain/snowPlease list this issue as unresolved and conclude this matter

I am in receipt of the complaint file by the above named customer and am taking this time to respond. We do acknowledge having made an agreement with this customer 8/12/2015 for one main door and two storm doors. Then on September 14, 2015 we were contacted by the customer to cancel the storm doors,...

which we did. Keeping in mind that this would have been the second time we have done work for [redacted], the first job having been contracted in December of 2004 and completed to their satisfaction. The doors that were ordered are all custom made products that will only fit the opening of said customers home. We re-wrote the contract, as it was done in a timely basis, and completed the detailing/measuring of the main door in November 2015. Since that time, we have informed the customer that the door has been completed and is ready for delivery, however [redacted] states she no longer wants it? At the conclusion of the sale they were left with a copy of their agreement, explaining the time frame and how inclement weather/holidays/manufacturer schedule can impact the delivery/install time. Regardless of this, we have cancelled out this particular sale, and have sent them a refund in the amount $681.00, as per their contract. Again, as this is a custom made product, it cannot be used on any other home, therefore the deposit (as stated in the contract) is used to cover that cost. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, but as far as I am concerned we have fulfilled our obligation to the customer as set out and agreed to in their contract.

I am writing to you in regards to complaint filed with your office by [redacted] We have informed the customer that we will be more than happy to complete the service request he has asked for, as time permits us to do so. It is our standard operating procedure, to complete all...

installations in a timely basis, and then we cycle back to address any service issues on a first come first basis, However in their case we have placed her at the top of the list and will be getting in touch with her to schedule this. Once the service is completed, we will send you a copy of the completion certificate. Please note we have always had full intentions of completing this service issue, it has just been a matter of timing, as well as our operating procedures. If there is anything else I may be assistance of, please do not hesitate to call or write me.

I am writing to you in response to your letter dated June 30, 2017. After reading through the complaint filed by [redacted] I wanted to let you know that we have already addressed this concern with the customer, having explained what has caused the delay of the home improvement project. As of this...

writing, [redacted]s home improvement project is in full swing of being installed so perhaps this all was a break down in communication? We did explain to the customer the delay was because we are currently in the process of reassigning duties, as one of our owners has retired due to health issues. We are diligently working to pick up the pace and get back on track with all of our installations, and certainly have not intended to ignore them. Again, we take all our customer's concerns seriously and will be correcting this particular case as soon as we complete the "restructuring" and can assign an installations crew to their job. assure you we are doing our best to remedy this concern as expediently as possible, and will send you documentation once it is complete. Respectfully yours, [redacted], Owner.

She contracted us to repair her roof (which was leaking on the porch) and we replaced the roof to give the customer a better job. We replaced all of her porch boards and completed extra work that was not contracted and she was not currently billed for. Sorry for my redundancy but I feel this important to note. We've suggested that she seal the porch to assist in preventing from rotting as the previous one did. After receiving her last request to reopen the complaint, we did additional metal work at her request in an attempt to make a happy customer, address her concerns and resolve this complaint we also did not bill her for this. We have went above and beyond the contracted work and feel there is nothing else we can do. We now decline on doing any further work on this project, as we feel she will continue to be dissatisfied and unreasonable. I am writing to you in response to your letter dated August 8, 2017.As of this writing, [redacted]s home improvement project has been completed and the customer is satisfied. If there is any further information you require, please do not hesitate to let us know!!Respectfully yours,[redacted] Owner.
