Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response to my complaint does not even touch on the main issue-the detail of what is in my loan I was not to pay a "bank fee" of $1295.00, which when Mr [redacted] called me to make me an offer, stated that the bank fee was $ So again, explain to me why it is my car was financed at $7395.00, when I was told I was buying the car for $ My car, with my $rollover, should have been financed at $before tax, extended warranty $1465, gap $166....and difference of $1486.00When I test drove the car it had newer tires, why am I being charged a recycling fee when they did this prior to me even looking at the car; as a "we filled the gas up for you" courtesy, why am I paying for $in gas and more importantly why are the dealers putting all these little things in a loan!!! Please provide me an email address so that I can scan and send all documents.I am keeping my vehicleAlso, I have not received an email as to why the front brakes and rotors were not done, which are in bad condition per Hoselton, but the back ones were Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As told repeatedly-the loan company stated,Alicia, that I was still responsible for the loan. Never once did Vision offer to BUY back the car-loan and all-not on the phone or in the complaint. Vision still has not provided me the detail list of my loan-they still have not proven how the car became sold to me for $5100to $7395. Vision is fully aware that they sold a worthless vehicle that many issues brought to their attention was under the NYS Lemon Law. To satisfy this one year complaint, I want my vehicle paid off, my payments refunded to me, as well as the $1,295 they hid in my loan and my deposit. The total of the check I would like sent to me is $13,654.50. I am not charging interest. I just want what is fair since they never did anything to get me out of the loan-Brian knew what [redacted] told me as he said I do not know. Not one person offered, all they offered, was for me to trade in my car (rollover the loan & have money down) to which I learned has negative equity, but they never agreed to buy back the car with the loan. $$8,600 pay off; $314.50 x 11 payments, $1295 hidden in my loan & $300 deposit. OR pay off my loan $8600, take my car as a trade in, take the remaining $3,000 of the remaining $4,074 as a down payment and the remaining $1,074 in a check to me. I do not believe I am asking for anything unreasonable considering that Vision has already accepted responsibility. Now they need to provide me with the detailed list of what is in my loan and the two options I listed above. I am not being unreasonable at all.I want one more thing but I am afraid to ask for it because I am afraid Vision will or already did break the law and made alterations to what I want to see.Regards, [redacted]

On 5/I called *** and spoke with her about her experience she had with our dealershipI apologized to her and we offered to take the vehicle back from her because she was not happy with the whole experienceAfter that she still asked what we were willing to offer her....At this time we
are willing to allow her to rescind her vehicle purchase with us and that is all we have to offerShe bought a value car at very inexpensive price and was aware of the condition when she took delivery of the vehicleWe made sure the car was safe and passed NYS inspection for herNo other additional paint work or repairs were ever promised to her. I have reviewed the history of this complaintThe original complaint was filed on 5/16/On that day, the general manager called and spoke with the customer apologizing she was less than pleased with her experienceHe responded to her complaint on 5/18/(TWO DAYS after the complaint, within the day period she is most recently referring to)The response made by the general manager was "...we offered to take the vehicle back from her because she was not happy with the whole experienceAfter that she still asked what we were willing to offer her....At this time we are willing to allow her to rescind her vehicle purchase with us and that is all we have to offer." On 5/24/(SIX DAYS after the general manager responded to her offering her to rescind her vehicle purchase) the customer responded with "I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11449493, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint..... I am keeping my vehicle" On 5/24/(ONE YEAR LATER) the customer has filed a lengthy follcomplaint that states "Everyone knows I wanted to get out of this car within five business days of getting this vehicle, and they have done nothing." Based on the history of this complaint and what the Revdex.com has on file as the correspondence, this latest complaint is falseShe was offered to have the vehicle returned to the dealership and allow her to rescind her vehicle purchaseAt this point, there is nothing further we can do to accommodate this customerThank you.
