Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The fact of the matter is......the tires on the car that was only 2 years old and 19,000 miles had tires on it that were already 6 years old. I never noticed that the tires were old and cracked when I bought the car. I never gave it a thought to look at them since 1) were told at time of sale that they were new tires and 2) why would there be such old tires on a new car? I guess my bad for not checking the tires on the car long before now....3) I shouldn't have to put over $400 worth of tires on a car that I  bought l to have it pass inspection the first year of ownership and I have only put 7,000 miles on it. (I was also accused of letting the car sit and that's why the tires dry rotted....not the case, as I live only 5 miles from work and in Henrietta...how far do you have to drive for things?) What it all this comes down to is I have to now purchase new tires to get the car to pass inspection. Big deal, they offer me tires at cost and free install. They are not out any money and I am. Not something that you plan on doing your first year of ownership. I would have expected that on a car that was much older, but on a car that is now only 3 years old now and has only 27,000 miles on it? I guess it's buyer beware no matter how old the vehicle. I won't be doing business there ever again and would definitely not recommend any one else to do so either. Next time I will check every thing on a car, new or used to avoid this kind of deception again. Not a fair offer at all. A second rate operation for sure! Regards,[redacted]

Tell us why here...To Whom It may concern . When we issued the refund it was returned to the customers the same day. There seemed to be a problem at the customers bank and was later resolved. Vision returned the deposit and was never paid from the credit card company for that amount. thanks joe...

The $620 is not the lease pay off, it is from the vehicle turn in inspection that was done by a third party. The dealership has nothing to do with that. We did payoff the $1203.20 lease payments as agreed upon. See attached.
