Doctor is unapproachable, rude, and didn't explain anything. Did not answer any of my questions. Call back to pick up glasses was more like she was talking to voicemail. She hung up on me when I asked if my daughter glasses was ready. Would give this place negative stars if I could. Do not visit this place. Your better off paying for glasses yourself at a better establishment. Look elsewhere before you visit this company

When I went to Vision Mart to pick up a pair of Glasses. When I got home I noticed that the lenses kept coming out and I could not wear them. I took them back to show them what was wrong. The Receptionist looked at them and told me they were not defective. They looked at my insurance and according to my insurance they told me I had to pay 3.00 which I refused to pay because it was their fault that the lenses kept coming out of the frame. I called my insurance company and they were not very happy because they were charged twice for new glasses. Vision Mart should have wrote on the paper that the glasses needed to be repaired. My Mom Called them to make another Appointment for me and they told her that the month of June was all booked up. my mom asked what about the month of July. they than told me that they did not have their July appointments yet and they would not guarantee it. they also told me that we should go elsewhere. I was about to ask vision mart about why they did not have the rest of the calendar year so you can make appointments, the front desk clerk hung up, I thought that was very rude.

My experience with Vision Mart - Oak Creek, WI was terrible from day one (1/13/16). Going only because my of insurance, I ended up with an incorrect prescription as I couldn't see clearly. I was told to "just try them" but after 5 days I took them back. After a second vision test, my second pair of glasses arrived within two weeks.
Although, the new prescription seemed no better, I wore the glasses for two weeks at their suggestion. I took the second pair back in the beginning of March, at which point I was asked for a prescription from another provider to resolve this issue. Weird, but I did it. My third eye appointment was scheduled two weeks out (March 18th). As of April 5th, I haven't received any calls from Vision Mart so I called to check on the status of my order.
I spoke with Erica who stated that, because I have progressive lenses (bifocals), it will take longer to get them.
I received my first pair in about 7 working days - why is there now a holdup now?
At any rate, I still don't have glasses that work and have no time frame as to when they will come in. Also, why was I asked to bring an outside prescription in? It was a borderline admission that their Optometrist wasn't qualified.
