Dear Ms***: This letter is in regard to the above numbered ID Complaint submitted on 2/9/Due to the voluminous file developed regarding Mr*** ***'s legal issues, I will attempt to summarize the matter and also attach my last correspondence with the *** familyMy office was
contacted for the estate of Mr***'s mother, which was done after it had fallen into a delinquent status because of statute of limitation issuesThe estate was probated with Mr*** named as Independent Executor, with five (5) other siblings involvedMr*** lived in Oklahoma , made numerous trips to south Texas, the property was surveyed and separated into six (6) parcels, all paid for up front by Mr***Mr*** then tried to recoup his monies on his own, from other family members and when that failed my correspondence of February 5, was sent(Please see attached)Mr***'s file is probably one of the largest I have ever compiled along with an untold number of telephone calls, correspondence and meetings in my office being returned and held

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to what has become a difficult customer relations problem. We appreciate your role as a mediating party.
We did get a demand from [redacted] for the repair of his paint. We took the following...
actions:
1. When we got his complaint we confirmed that our car wash equipment is operating correctly as designed by its manufacturer.
2. We responded to him with an explanation of the design of our car wash and its operating parameters. With that comes the assurance that paint that is sound will not be damaged by our equipment. However, that explanation also comes with a warning that paint that is not sound can be separated by the wash process. Paint can be compromised by age, or it can even be new paint that was improperly applied or an inferior paint. We cannot assess that for the customer. Our car wash has signs that state clearly that it is the customer's responsibility to assess the state of their car's finish before using our car wash and we are not responsible for an error or lapse in that assessment.
3. We offered to make recompense in the form of a voucher for free washes in the amount of the repair COST if [redacted] would have his paint examined by a reputable paint shop to determine that the paint was original. We felt that if it was indeed original paint on a 2009 car, we would extend this gesture. We felt that if the paint was not original, we could not be held accountable for the inferior work done by another party. In fact, there have been instances in the past where we have acknowledged fault. In each of those cases, we found something amiss in our car wash, we acknowledged it, compensated the customer and promptly fixed the problem.
4. [redacted] did not accept our offer and we were unable at that point to continue our conversation with him. He made it clear he would accept nothing short of having us pay for new paint on his car. Again, we found these to be difficult terms to meet given that he would not agree to our request to get a third party assessment of the paint on his car. Further, we do not know if this was a problem that was developing bit by bit and was just discovered by [redacted] only after it had advanced to a more noticeable level of deterioration after that wash that triggered this incident. He may be earnest in his complaint, but mistaken in his assessment of the cause or even the condition of his paint.
Finally, [redacted] characterized his approach as civil. We submit to your the attached screenshot of a Google review he wrote. This language is anything but civil. The language used in his Yelp review is no more civil, nor are [redacted]'s complaints consistent between Yelp and Google. It appears he is using social media to besmirch our good name. His vitriol has cost us business. This has been a painful experience for us.

I have all of the text correspondence that ocurred between the rude and combative owner of the Fernley Touchless Carwash. He was rude and nasty from the gate. His business is failing as you can clearly see by the disrepair of his facility which you can clearly see from the street. I did get two estimates and this owner has made it clear that he would do nithing which is the reason I reached out to the Revdex.com... as far as my attitude is concerned, I was the customer and his machine damaged my vehicle and he had the nerve to get nasty when I presented tge problem. "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK"
