responsibility .For this reason we have a liability disclaimer clearly attached to the entrance of our car wash stating that we are not responsible for damages that might arise from the use of this wash as well as to use at your own risk . How do we know that Ms [redacted]'s vehicle never had pre-existing damage? How do we know our wash damaged her car ? Maybe there was pre-existing damage and our wash made it worse. Since we installed the wash we have washed in excess of 10 to 12 thousand cars with out one single damage complaint. I truly feel that we are not at fault and bear to responsibility

The sign is not very visible/effective, the disclaimer should also be printed on the car wash claim itself.
