Reg: ID [redacted] Dear [redacted] ***,This is in response to your letter that was addressed to our OrangeWe moved that office about a year ago and hence the letter was re routed to our Tustin officeThe patient however, was not seen in either office but in our Yorba Linda office, hence there has been a delay in the response time [redacted] seemed to be a pleasant lady and who was very concerned about her vision as she was extremely nearsighted in one of her eyesShe was explained at the outset (just like we do for all our patients) all her fees and charges and only upon her approval the services were initiatedHer prescription in her left eye was in the 5% of the most severe cases I have encountered in my year optometric careerHer prescription was out of range for the instrumentation used to gather preliminary data and additional aids had to be used to do a comprehensive evaluation and prescribe appropriate eyewear to herShe was given a through eye examination with dilation and a contact lens fitting with diagnostic contact lenses which was very involved and took extensive testingShe ordered glasses and they are manufacturedShe was not charged for her exam or glasses but for her contact lens evaluation, fitting and trial lenses and her retinal image upon her approvalShe seemed thankful and appreciative of the extra time taken to assist her with her needsWe are really sorry that she has indicated otherwisePlease see enclosed paperwork that indicates services rendered offer no refund Sincerely, [redacted]

been a delay in the response time. [redacted] seemed to be a pleasant lady and who was very concerned about her vision as she was extremely nearsighted in one of her eyes. She was explained at the outset (just like we do for all our patients) all her fees and charges and only upon her approval the services were initiated. Her prescription in her left eye was in the 5% of the most severe cases I have encountered in my 20 year optometric career. Her prescription  was out of range for the instrumentation used to gather preliminary data and additional aids had to be used to do a comprehensive evaluation and prescribe appropriate eyewear to her. She was given a through eye examination with dilation and a contact  lens fitting with diagnostic contact lenses which was very involved and took extensive testing.
