Vision Plus

I had an eye exam appointment on 3/06/2020, paid for my portion of my prescription order for $265.20 along with filing with my insurance for lenses and frames. I received a call to pick up my glasses about 2 weeks later. The lense measurements for the progressive lense was incorrect and I returned the glassed back to Vision Plus. At this point Vision Plus had begun only seeing select patience during a small time frame. I received no further calls. Two weeks later I drove to the business to see a sign that they were closed due to Covid-19. I called and left a message to call me back so they could work out how I would get my glasses. They are still closed, their voicemail box is full and there is no way to contact them. I need my glasses and feel that Vision Plus should have been essential or at least made accommodations to mail patience their glasses and prescriptions. Their ability to bill my account and insurance works just fine. My wife had an appointment on May 13, the lenses were also made incorrectly and she also ordered prescription sunglasses for $352.20 that they have not provided. We want our glasses.
