This company has a serious issue with reporting accurate balances to it's tenants. I have been over charged for everything from court fees to water bills. When I contact the rental office I get mixed responses. There are two people working for this company but You will get 5 different stories. They threaten to have you evicted if you do not pay ridiculous sums of money, sometimes within 48 hrs. We once were made to stay in a home that had no means of evacuating biological waste for 1 month. during this time I had to wash my body, and my dishes in two 5 gallon buckets. I had to use another bucket for a restroom, and had to dump it in an alley.
Refund I'd like to have my money refunded (over charges only).
Mr. *** has been behind on his rent since May 2017. Every month thereafter, Late fees & court cost have been applied. Mr. doesn't pay his rent until days before the put-out date. By this time a couple of months rent is due again and has passed.
Mr. is provided a tenant ledger every month that explains the charges, payments, balance due, and how his payments are applied.
He also, has been informed that if he doesn't agree with the amount due, to schedule an appointment with Mr. (Finance Officer) to come to the rental office and go over each lined item on the ledger. He has not done this as of to date.
In October 2017, the main sewer line did back up, however it was repaired as quickly as possible. Several estimates were needed before the repair could be made, which was time consuming. He never notified the rental office that he could not use the restroom facilities for a month.
