Review: I [redacted] contacted [redacted] on Tuesday, Jun 17, 2014 for internet installation. [redacted] contracted Vision Quest Communication LLC to conduct the installation in my home. The appointment was set for Wednesday, Jun 18, 2014 from 8:00 to 1200 noon. The representative [redacted] did not show and I contacted him at 2:30 p.m. to find out that he was not going to make the appointment and would have to install the equipment on Thursday, Jun 19, 2014. [redacted] showed up on Thursday, Jun 19, 2014 and installed the equipment and added a router to the equipment in which he charged me $125 for after he installed all the equipment. I paid him with a check in him name thinking that the equipment was necessary due to the size of my home to make the other equipment work. The [redacted] was installed and [redacted] was gone when I started to connect my computers and gaming systems to the equipment. The signal was poor in most areas of my home and my gaming systems were not working with the internet connectivity provides by [redacted] and the router [redacted] installed. I call [redacted] to cancel the service and remove the equipment and was advised that I would have to have Vision Quest Communications to come out and remove concreted pole and uninstall the equipment and they set up an appointment. Once the Vision Quest Communication Representative [redacted] contacted me he stated that he was not going to remove the pole or refund the money for the router because I bought the router and it was mine. He was very rude to my wife and told her thats your router you bought it! He said he wasnt going to remove the pole just certain parts of the [redacted] equipment. I believed these where thing that should have been explained by [redacted], [redacted], and Vision Quest Communication prior to the installation being complete and [redacted] didnt have to be so rude and unconcerned after taking our money. I feel like we just got robbed. I contacted [redacted] Net and they stated that Vision Quest Communication was how I need to talk to for the refund of the router and Vision Quest Communication stated that [redacted] sold the router to me on his own and the payment went to him so there was nothing they could in reference in returning the router or refunding my $125 back. The check I wrote [redacted] cleared my bank on Friday, Jun 20, 2014. I was not informed that the equipment was not refundable or there was no buyers remorse. [redacted] deceived me and took my money leading me to believe that I need the equipment / router. I installed to router before telling me there was $125 charge leaving me to believe it was standard equipment and I needed it in addition to the [redacted] standard equipment. I want to return the router and get my $125 back and have the concreted pole removed from my back yard.Desired Settlement: I would to have the concrete pole removed from my back yard and return the router in exchange for my $125 dollars.
