My son referred me to Tony Nguyen at Vision Quest lending I initially started the process and did not qualify for a loan due to some credit issues and DTI Through the course of a year, I worked with Tony and took his suggestions in order to reduce my DTI and increase my FICO scores Slowly but surely, my DTI became more in inline and my Credit Scores improved to a point where I could qualify for a loan Once I qualified for the loan, Tony worked with me to explain the different options to ensure I selected the option that worked best for me Tony was able to get me an interest rate that was below the market average and also explained the differences of keeping a higher interest rate with more cash out or a lower interest rate with less cash outI have worked with loan companies in the past and have never received the level of expertise that I have with Tony In the end, I was able to pay off all of my debts, save over $per month, and get a year fixed at a very low interest rate I owe Tony and his company a lot of thanks and recommend him to anyone looking to do a loan

I decided to refinance my home with Vision Quest for the reason that they were very helpful and not push like other companiesI would recommend them to friends and family

Rick V*** did a fantastic job in loan processI had a water leak in our house that caused a lot of damageIn brief even though we had great insurance, all contractors were booked out to weeksSince event happen end of October that meant we were not able to have family Thanksgiving, or Christmas if we had to wait for contractorsI took on the rebuild job and was working to hours days a weekI had very little time to do much on loan applicationRick didn’t give up on me but kept in contact with emails and guiding me through process sometimes having to wait for a response back for a couple of daysI was able to complete remodel before Christmas and loan process by first of JanuaryRick had to reassure me on a couple of things by saying he was a man of his word and I didn’t have to worry about anythingI’ve already went on to long but bottom line Rick is to be trusted and he will get the job done for you

My experience of getting a VA remortgage through Vision Quest was top notch I found both Kwinsee and Tony to be not only knowledgeable in all aspects of the process but also both were found to back up their verbal promises beyond the signing of the closing documents
They totally kept their word and refunded the appraisal fee and matched a couple $VISA offers by sending a check for $to me after the close
They also were very patient in working with me for close to six months as I was finishing the building of a deck addition to my house In that process of many communications we actually built lasting friendships!
I find that act to be most honorable and will use their service in the future!
