I am rejecting this response because: I have obtained phone records from AT&T with six calls made to Vision Remodel & Construction ###-###-#### from my cell phone ###-###-####, there were no callbacksThese six calls were made between 9-13-14 through 9-30-14. Have tried to contact David P*** today, 12-8-with no success

This is a very unfortunate circumstanceWe have looked at all of our phone recordsThe last call from this number was on August 22ndWe also use an answering service who answers our calls 24/and immediatly email us and if its an emergency such as yours would forward the call to our cell phoneAnyone at any time can call ###-#### and see this is trueIn a case like this it would not have cost us or you a dime to fix the roofDuring your complaint you stated that the wrong size nails were used in the vent ridgeWe use the nails that are provided with the vent ridgeyou also stated you were charged over $to fix this problemAgain I have to apologize because it sounds like you were taken advantage of this situationMaterials to fix your 20' of vent ridge and the ridge cap would not cost more than $and a couple of hours of labor should not cost another $We are human and have had to go back and fix mistakes in the pastWe have been rewarded with recommendations because of our quick response when things go bad

Mr***, I do apologize for the hardshipsHowever we at Vision do pride ourselves with providing excellent customer serviceWe have checked phone records and messages and have not found any phone calls with your number attachedIf you can provide some proof (phone records) that you made
attempts to call us to fix this problem we would be glad to pay for the costs of the repairWe typically do not save customer phone numbers in our phones so their is no way to screen calls nor would we ever do thatWe get work based off of our reputation with very little advertisement

I am rejecting this response because:  I provided phone records from AT&T proving that six calls to Vision were not returned, a copy of their phone records would take care of this. Vision has failed to address  #1 Even if nails of insufficient length were provided with vent ridge why were ones of sufficient length not obtained #2 Why was a vent ridge installed but the roof was not vented #3 Why was the ridge cap ran into the prevailing wind instead of with it? The company that corrected it spent 4 1/2 hours removing the ridge cap and vent ridge, venting the roof, reattaching vent ridge and properly redoing ridge cap in the correct direction. It was a very professional job.  I would rather pay extra to have it done right the first time than have a poor job done by a low bidder the first time. Vision stated that I have been taken advantage of by a company that did not rush  and did the job right.  I certainly realize I have been taken advantage of, but only by Vision.
