In regard to claim #*** submitted by *** *** I immediately reached out to Mr*** as soon as I was made aware of his situation I do apologize it was not sooner However, at this point I have met and spoke with him on several occasions and believe the
situation has been handled to his satisfaction. In regard to Mr***’s receipt of the incorrect Carfax, we apologize profusely This was certainly a mistake but was by no means intentional As mentioned, this location recently opened and we are still working towards the standards of practice and customer service upheld by other established Vision dealerships. We appreciate Mr*** taking time to share his experience, bringing his concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to address them I do apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. The customer came to us for a vehicle looking for terms under $per month. Based on the customer's credit and lender term approval we were unable to offer the Impala for under $per month therefore offered alternatives. The customer did not like the original *** ***
*** that she purchased so we allowed her to change vehciles and made it as easy as possible for her to do soThe Escape did not have mechanical issues, the customer was unhappy about the cosmetic condition of the vehicle as it had a small rust spot on the hood. The only lender we were able to obtain credit approval does not offer month term on a vehicle. We suggested to her to thouroughly look over the *** *** before she signed the paperwork to make sure it met her expectations. The vehicle was NYS Inspected at a third party facility and the windshield was not cracked prior to delivery. The customer seemed very happy when she left. The paperwork, terms of the loan and the extended service contract were all explained in detail. The process for delivery is about minutes to review and e-sign all the documents and there is plenty of time to review and ask questions. We print and have our customers sign a free Carfax report with every vehicle. We cannot offer loan terms longer than what was provided to her already

Revdex.com:I do have a witness that the windshield indeed was cracked upon me bringing the [redacted] home.  The escape did not have rust on the hood it was the driver side rear wheel well and yes there were several mechanical issues with it and I was never informed of the vehicle change until I got there.  I was approved for 72 month loan on the edge but then this loan now is 39 months.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
