choosingI believe we appropriately handled his concernsMr***’s new complaint is with the repairs that were made I respectfully called and asked him to contact his mechanic to discuss the situation and to hold them accountable for any issues resulting from work they performed on the vehicleMr*** has driven over 30,miles on his *** since purchasing it from Vision. Therefore and unfortunately, I cannot accommodate his request to now pay off his loan or refund his purchaseVision will gladly honor any and all repairs to the vehicle rightfully covered under warranty. Tyler from the business called to explain that the SSN is used in doing a search for the consumer's credit record, but that the records are not kept as a paper file
