Vision Security

Vision Security took great care in installing our new security and automation system (lights, locks, security, fire, CO). Their customer service is first rate (so much better than our last provider) and they installed advanced technology. Our new color touchscreen control panels are easy to use, as is the phone app.

Historically, Vision Security has always been very reasonable and have provided good service.
Recently they called and asked to come to my home to remedy an error “THEY MADE” during the alarm installation. I waited for their technician to arrive to reprogram the panel at my home to fix “THEIR ERROR’
To my astonishment they billed me for a service call. When I complained, they replied (verbatim excerpt from their email):
“I have spoken with my manager and we are going to waive it as a courtesy this time. In the future, please be aware that anytime a technician is on site would be a billable service, regardless of whether we requested to come or you made the request.”
Beware of this completely unreasonable policy before doing business with this vendor.
