Good morning ***,
I apologize for whatever the confusion was regarding the email notifications you were sending to us earlierI still don't quite
understand where those went toWhat ever it was, thank you for the day extension to response time on Feb 2nd to respond to case id ***, as follows;
We have never had an account or subscriber named ***Checking the address on her letter it looks like she is writing in for, who she refers to as, her "boyfriend" *** who we do have at that address
Our customer service hours for television support are from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through FridayThe telephones are fully staffed and wait times are briefYou would not get an answering service during these times our customer service people will answerWe also provide internet support for Internet services extended until midnight during the week and 10PM on weekends
We price match services and parameters of other cable providers in the areaThe DISH service we provide is mandated to be at the nationally advertised prices provided by DISH NetworkWe can not charge more or less than the DISH's mandated pricingIn addition to offering the entire DISH Network satellite arc of television service, including the local channels DISH offers, we also offer many more local channels DISH does not offerSo we actually offer more channels than DISH Network not fewer
I am the "Owner" Ms*** refers to in her last paragraphAs I said above, I assume the "boyfriend" she refers to is *** called in on June 12th for new service after he moved in at the end of JulyMr*** chose late afternoon on July 27thCustomer Service confirmed a to 5pm installation with Mr***This installation was completed at 4:15pm
At 5:on July 27th, (about an hour after install) Mr*** called in to us and left an after hours message for Customer Service asking how he receives his local channels on his DISH boxI noticed his message in the after hours cue and called him back so he wouldn't have to wait until the next dayHis voice mail message seemed courteous saying "If someone would call me back, that would be awesome"What I realized when I told him I was calling back from Vision Systems was, that what I thought was being courteous was that he was actually being sarcastic in his message
After my introduction on the call to Mr*** he went into a rage calling me names, swearing and declaring that we were a piece of sh__, that our puny little company shouldn't have a right to have a contract on the property and on and onAll of this because he was unable to navigate his channels? I was stunned and simply apologized that he was having difficulty and helped him through it
In my opinion, Mr*** was not being rude so much as he was just down right meanWe have been providing cable television services for years since we built our first cable television system in Our service subscribers have always been the most important part of our businessUnfortunately, Mr*** has created a whole new category with top honors as being the most profane caller I have ever spoken toThis initial call made it pretty clear that our new subscriber relationship with Mr*** was going to be very difficult, and thought it would be better if he called me directly, rather than he give this sort of harassment to our Customer Service people, so I gave Mr*** my personal cell phone number and asked him to call me if he needed anythingHe does not call my cell
Since Mr*** was installed, our entire staff knows who he is and shudder when he callsAnd if they are the ones who answer his call, we have all been treating him with kid-glovesStill, as we continue to go over and above to be polite and helpful, he continues to show that he is not interested in politenessFor instance, while a CSR (Brenda) was trying to be nice, Mr *** told her that she should be ashamed to even collect a paycheck from such a terrible company
Mr *** was given a special rate at the time of install and was to expire 1/26/16, out of courtesy and as another gesture of kindness in further efforts to hopefully make him less rude, when his special did expire, we grandfathered his rate into the special until the day he decides to disconnect
