I am rejecting this response because:
The owner and I had a verbal conversation detailing the situation where he was appreciative that I let him knowI was informed that another client had the same complaint (text message as well) and in addition, the owner shared that there was equipment missing and implied that this employee was the culpritI have pictures of the sisheets with the forged signatures, text messages from the employee (that match the forged dates) to prove that I could not have been at the location, as well as a text, and other emails from the owner thanking me for bringing this situation to his attentionAll evidence is readily available and was offered to the owner, who declinedThe owner also forwarded me the text message he sent to the employee asking them to go to another location while "figuring out how to deal with him"I was never offered a refund
My issue is not silly because I have the proof of the circumstancesIt has happened once and can happen againThe credibility of this company has been lost, in my eyesThe fact that there allegedly hasn't been a complaint in years is irrelevantEspecially since my issue is and has not being addressed properlyWe do have a contract and it states complete satisfaction is guaranteed,as well as that has not occurred and the owner is now exacerbating the situation with his actionsAn officer of the company (employee) forged my signature on what was supposed to be a binding document.I have attempted to resolve this matter and for months, the owner continues to not act in the best interest of the customer

We have no proof customer has what said happened happen.  We have never had a complaint in 14 years.  We offered to refund the disputed sessions and allow the client to stop contract and finish sessions.  She chose not to.  To think...

what she feels happened (even though willing to resolve) will happen again is past silly.  And we are more than happy to complete the paid for sessions.  We have a signed contract no refunds clearly stated.
