I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In looking back through all my emails, including spam and trash, I did not receive any email from [redacted] on or near the dates Feb. 1 or Feb. 8 as stated in the complaint.. We did receive one on Feb. 15th, while I was on vacation, [redacted] did reply to his email on Feb 16th, in which I...

have attached a copy of. The next time he inquired by email was on Feb 21st in which I replied back on Feb. 23rd in which I also attached our conversation. In this conversation via email we did address his questions and I considered the request closed.  I'd also like to add that on the front page of our website we have our phone number twice. Our business hours are posted on our website and our front door. Numerous local phone books also have our phone number in bold print. It is certainly our intent to treat our patients with the best of care and we are always willing to answer questions people may have.
