back out and passed the inspection. Every inspection by the city that was required was passes successfully.
As far as the re paint, we told her there were touchups that needed to be done and the tone from her text and the degrading manner in which she spoke to me, made me want to not go back. Due to changing the plans and rebuilding her bathroom a total of 3 times till show was happy, it put the project over budget by about 2,500. I will not be going back to her place simply for the way she spoke to me, but I will be willing to send people to fix things if they agree to pay the people directly. Also we agreed on a tile person to come and lay the tile and she canceled 24 hours before he was to start and I had to pay him for the lost time of the job for him and his team.

I do not accept his response. To make the repairs to the work that was actually completed is estimated to be $4500. Which includes installing the correct drywall in the shower and drainage pan, correcting all of the window wells to be level, all doorways to be the correct size, moving the smoke detector away from the wall, sanding all of the drywall seems, retexturing, repainting. This doesn't include buying and installing the doors, toilet and baseboards, that I paid Visions for. I paid Visions their full contracted price, plus more, for work that wasn't completed and not completed to anyone's standards. After 6 months I started to push him to complete the work. If he feels that I was being disrespectful that's unfortunate, all I wanted him to do was to finish the project I paid for to a standard that he would want in his own home. If anyone was was rude, it was him for walking off the job after he was paid.
Its unfortunate that he hasn't contacted me to make this right for me and my young family. I have taken the next necessary step in this legal matter.
