What a wonderfully caring and accessible business! When we decided to move my mom out of a hospice facility and home for the last weeks of her life, we hired Visiting Nurses to provide support We were very happy with the assistance we received in particular with Tawana who was a gentle and loving aide to both my mom and my entire family She was reliable, punctual and knowledgeable On the couple of occasions when an aide was late, we were always able to reach a supervisor directly and another aide was sent quickly

Beware! A warranty is only as good as the company that backs it. Liberty's warranty is backed by Satan, the Great Deceiver.
Our retractable awning collapsed well within the warranty period. A cast hinge body that held up 1 of 2 retracting arms, the sole support for the large awning, fractured. The casting's cross-section is so full of voids it looks like Swiss cheese. No wonder it couldn't support the load. Dangerous, too, the catastrophic collapse occurred as my wife was retracting it on a calm day, Luckily, she was not injured and there was no damage to the deck, furnishings or the window. The other similar casting is welded, hence also defective.
Liberty billed full repair price, claiming their 12 year warranty is not applicable. They refused my offer of a 50/50 split. They refused to examine the failed parts. I tried to revoke my credit payment, unsuccessful. Liberty did not defend their actions in Small Claims Court. I will collect the judgement awarded.
